Deposit Policies

The following policies are strictly enforced and will not be compromised by apologetic emails are teary-eyed emojis.


  • Deposits are valid for 1 year. If you do not book within a year of leaving your deposit, it will expire.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to other people.

  • Deposits are for the tattoo that you and the artist have agreed upon. Minor changes are acceptable, but a complete reimagination of the design will result in a forfeiture of your deposit to cover the artist’s drawing time.

  • Your deposit will be subtracted from the cost of the last session of your tattoo. Any project requiring multiple sessions will cause the deposit to roll onto the next session until completion.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling appointments. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. If you know you have to reschedule, please contact your artist as soon as possible so they can fill that time with another appointment.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions will be considered depending on your circumstances.

  • Deposits sent for flash pieces are for that flash piece only.

  • Deposits can be sent via e-transfer to kcwtattoos@gmail.com.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling 3 times in a row will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

By paying a deposit in any form, you are agreeing to these deposit policies.
